Nehmen Sie 5: mit Tierarzt Yogi & Antinol

Take 5: with Vet Yogi & Antinol

By Antinol Team

A huge thank you to Chloe and Freddie at VetYogi for inspiring us with our 5 Minute Yoga Series .

Movement is important

During the lockdown, we as a team realized very early on that it was our mental health ; Puppy and person like. The cause of this is the reduction in exercise in our outdoor lives.

Whether you're puppy people or feline lovers, you'll know how important the great outdoors can be to revitalize the mind and keep your muscles and joints moving.

Each week we work our way through Chloe's easy-to-follow, pet-friendly indoor movement and breathing sessions. Everything from the comfort of your own home.

A message from Vet Yogi

At a time when self-care and mental health awareness are sorely needed in the veterinary community, we need to find methods to cope and be successful. Who knows what's relevant better than another vet? We want to share realistic and evidence-based ways of what has worked for us in hopes it will help you and your colleagues.

Episode One

So, pet parents and veterinarians alike; Everyone come to Episode 1 of our Movement Matters series. Starting with 5 minute doga.

Please enjoy and share, but ultimately stay healthy and keep moving! 🐾
